News: Jardín 1 al 5 - Reseeding Announcement

Dear homeowners,

Please be informed that STV will be scarifying and reseeding gardens I (J1 to J5) today 09/05/2024, we ask that registered owners leave the gate open so that STV staff can carry out this work. They should also follow the following recommendations to encourage grass growth.

1.The STV company will carry out 1 watering in the early morning hours.

2. 1 watering should be carried out by the owner at midday.

3. 1 watering should be carried out by the owner in the afternoon.

4.Do not step on the lawn and keep pets away from the lawn to encourage grass growth.
